I am guessing that the long exposure brings out the more intense blue, gold and red/pink?
Hmmmm.....very interesting play on lighting
Yes, the longer the exposure the brighter the lights, you have to be careful that you don't over-expose because you can loose all the color.

I think it's great, the color, the object of the pictures.your doing a great job in working all parts of the camera.(that is hard)
More than just the lights, the sky is interesting too. If you look to the very right you can see a blue light and at the top the black sky is sick.
